NEXT LEVEL - TEAM LOVE CIC’S YOUNG ARTIST DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME 2023

We are delighted to announce that we have been chosen as the design partner for Next Level 2023 and were tasked with creating a new look and feel for the artist development programme taking place in Bristol.

In collaboration with our good friends Bristol Beacon, Team Love, Loves Save the Day, and Boomtown the programme which launched yesterday aims to find new aspiring artists in the Bristol area.

Successful artists will take part in a week of workshops and will be mentored by artists, Sam Interface, N.Y.T.A, Fiyahdred, Eva Lazarus, Dread MC, and Res One

They will then get opportunities to perform throughout the summer at events and live performances.

We’ve been thrilled to work closely with Big Team and create a new identity for 2023 rolling out across all social and OOH assets for the applicant search.

We’ll continue to work with the team and can’t wait to see the artists chosen this year.

Phoebe Holman - Big Team Producer said "We're really impressed with Hey? What! They took our brief and really made our vision come to life. They’ve been incredibly professional, easy to work with and extremely responsive. We’re really looking forward to working with them in the future"

What is Team Love CIC?

Big Team’s goal is to try and open up opportunities for young people in the city who have traditionally been excluded from the festival industry, starting with our own company and events – with a long term goal to make our events more inclusive spaces by diversifying groups who create, contribute to and attend them.

We aim to open up the sector to young people (primarily aged 16 – 24) who would usually face social or economic barriers to access, and address issues of underrepresentation in the sector’s workforce and audiences.
